摘 要:以工程教育专业认证标准为参考,创新了电气卓越工程师人才培养模式。构建工程能力培养体系,分阶段地提升学生工程(认知+探究)、工程(实验+设计)、工程(实施+创新)能力,形成科学的工程能力发展曲线。设计了"三个关键环节为主导"的企业阶段实践方案,与企业联合设计培养方案并实行校内校外学分互认。经过多年的工程教育改革积淀,不仅理顺了工程教育专业认证与卓越计划之间的关系,而且以工程教育专业认证标准为参考,从培养计划、课程体系、工程条件、师资队伍建设等几个方面进行了综合改革。According to the actual situations of our school, this paper has applied advanced engineering education idea to 'Excellence Program, ' and innovated the training model of the electrical excellence engineer with a reference of the Engineering Education Professional Certification Standard. An engineering ability training system was established to improve students' engineering ability gradually, from cognition and exploration to experiment and design and to implementation and innovation, and a scientific engineering capacity development curve was drawn. This paper has designed enterprise phased practice program, it contains "three key links," and jointly designed training program with company. College recognizes academic credit with company mutually. With years of experience of engineering education reform, the relationship is clear between Professional Certification and Excellent Engineering Education, and this paper puts forward the comprehensive reform on training program, curriculum structure, engineering conditions, and construction of teaching staff with a reference of the Engineering Education Professional Certification Standard.
