摘 要:以钢铁冶金新技术国家重点实验室为例,从科研方向、制度建设、管理运行、资源共享平台构建等几个方面探讨了实验室管理机制的建设,其中重点阐述了科研绩效考核管理办法,将科研贡献与绩效考核相结合,建立激励奖惩机制。国家重点实验室机制系统的完善能够为建立一支综合业务素质突出、具有创新性科研成果、在国际科技界有一定影响力的国家重点实验室科研队伍提供一些参考和思路。Taking State Key Laboratory of Advanced Metallurgy as an example, this paper discusses the construction of laboratory management mechanism from the aspects of research direction, system construction, management operation, establishment of resource sharing platform, etc., among which the management method of research performance assessment is emphatically stated. By combining scientific contribution with performance assessment, the mechanism of reward and punishment is established. The improvement of the management mechanism for the state key laboratory can provide some references and ideas for building the state key laboratory research team with the prominently comprehensive professional quality, innovative research achievements and certain influence in the international science and technology circle.
