摘　　要：创伤性骨化肌炎(myositis ossificans traumatica,MOT)是一种发生在肌肉或软组织内、由创伤引起的异位骨化疾病,很少累及咀嚼肌。本文报告1例罕见的颞肌MOT病例,应用数字医学技术辅助切除病灶,并结合相关文献复习,对MOT的病因假说及手术方式进行总结。Myositis ossificans traumatic （MOT） is a rare heterotopic ossification disease which rarely occurs in masticatory muscles and thus, only 28 cases have been reported in the English literature since 2001. We presented an unusual long-term case of MOT occurring in the temporalis muscle. The treatment protocol involved a radical resection and bilateral coronoidectomy. This is the first report to use digital medical techniques to aid in surgical treatment of MOT. The hypotheses of pathogenesis and different surgical methods were also discussed.
