摘  要:液力变矩器在推土机产品中得到了广泛应用,通过优化其与发动机的匹配,以改善推土机综合作业效率的研究一直在进行中。一种分流式液力机械变矩器在推土机产品中得到了应用,即在液力变矩器的输入或输出端设计一组行星排机构,通过液力传动与机械传动的组合来实现发动机功率的分流传动,用以优化液力变矩器与发动机的匹配。基于某型号推土机产品应用的分流式液力机械变矩器,研究了行星排与液力变矩器各元件在分流传动时的转速与转矩关系,并开展了测试分析。研究及试验表明,分流式液力机械变矩器可以在一定程度上改变原有三元件液力变矩器的效率范围及变矩能力,但并不能提高原有三元件液力变矩器的效率。Hydraulic torque converter has been widely used in bulldozer products,and a research work has been carried out to improve working efficiency as a whole thru optimizing its match with the engine.One application to the dozers is a split-flow type hydro-mechanical torque converter,i.e.a converter with a set of planetary mechanism at its inlet or outlet,thus realizing split power transmission of the engine as an optimal match of the converter with the engine.Based on such a converter and its application research work have been done on RPM relationship with the torque,which was followed by tests and analyses.Results show that such a converter can in some degree alter efficiency range and torque converting capability of the original type,it cannot,however,increase efficiency of the original converter consisting of 3 elements.
