头痛合剂治疗紧张型头痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察头痛合剂治疗紧张型头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例阿米替林,12.5mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组40例头痛合剂:天麻、全蝎制各10g,蜈蚣1条,蔓荆子15g,白芷10g,葛根30g,延胡索10g,川芎15g;肝阳头痛,加牡蛎^(煅、先煎)30g,菊花15g;瘀血头痛加红花、桃仁各10g;血虚头痛加当归10g,黄芪30g;痰浊头痛加半夏^(姜)、茯苓各15g,水煎250m L,1剂/d,早晚温服,停服止痛药。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效13例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组痊愈7例,显效9例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]头痛合剂辨治紧张型头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of headache mixture in the treatment of tension type headache. [Methods] 80 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method. The control group of 40 cases of amitriptyline, 12.5 mg/times, 2 times/d, oral. The treatment group of 40 cases of headache mixture： Tianma, Quanxie each 10 g, 1 centipede, Manjingzi 15 g, Baizhi 10 g,Gegen 30 g, Yanhusuo 10 g, Chuanxiong 15g; Liver Yang headache, add Muli 30 g, Juhua 15g; blood stasis headache with safflower, peach kernel each 10g; blood deficiency headache plus Angelica 10 g Astragalus, 30g; phlegm headache with ginger, pinellia Poria 15 g, Decoction 250 m L, 1 doses of/d, sooner or later, warm clothes, stop taking painkillers. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 15 d. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 2 course of treatment（30d）, to determine the efficacy. [Results] the treatment group 15 cases were cured, 13 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95%; control group 7 cases were cured, 9 cases markedly effective, 15 cases effective, 9 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 77.50%; the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Toutong Heji in treating tension type headache, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
