乳腺癌组织中Pokemon和p53蛋白的表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺癌组织中Pokemon和p53蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化En Vision染色法,对200例样本进行检测和对比分析。结果:细胞核中出现棕黄色颗粒,即为阳性表达。Pokemon和p53在乳腺癌组织中的表达率分别为89.00%和81.00%,均高于乳腺癌周围组织的阳性表达率(P<0.05);在200例患者样本中,两者均为阳性表达的有137例,均为阴性表达的有20例,两者表达呈现出高度的正向相关性(rs=0.731,P<0.05)。结论:Pokemon和p53蛋白之间存在明显的正向相关性,两者的表达在乳腺癌的发生及发展上有着重要的联系。Objective：To explore the expression and correlation of Pokemon and p53 protein in breast cancer tissues. Meth- ods： 200 samples were detected and compared by using immunohistochemical EnVision staining method. Results： Brownish yellow particle expressed in the nucleus meant positive. The expressive rates of Pokemon and p53 in breast cancer tissues were 89.00 % and 81.00 % respectively, and were higher than the positive expression rates of the surrounding tissues of breast canc- er （ P 〈0.05）. In the 200 samples, there were 137 cases positive and a total of 20 cases negative in the expression of Pokemon and p53, which showed a high positive correlation （ rs = 0.731 ）. Conclusion： There is significant positive correlation between Pokemon and p53 protein. The expression of the two proteins is important in the development spread of breast cancer.
