摘 要:基于飞行时间法(Time-of-Flight,TOF)的红外相机是一种新型的、结构小巧、可提取目标3D数据的立体成像设备;它可以高效实时的捕获运动或静止目标的深度信息和灰度信息,目前已经成为测量成像领域的研究热点;对TOF的发展做了系统的阐述,并且分析了该相机的成像原理,相机标定以及测量误差;归纳了TOF红外相机的特点以及应用情况,阐述了TOF红外相机发展趋势。Infrared camera based on Time-of-Flight( TOF) method is a new kind of stereo imaging device with compact structure and three-dimensional data acquisition. It can capture the depth information and gray-level information of motion or static targets in real time and has become a hot research field in the field of measurement imaging. The development of TOF system was expatiated,and the imaging principle,image calibration and measurement error of the depth camera were analyzed. Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of TOF infrared camera and the application were summarized,and the development of TOF infrared camera was discussed.
