摘　　要：从淡雅型白酒适应市场的原因分析,介绍了淡雅型白酒的生产方法,需要做到强化传统工艺,借鉴香型融合工艺,提高勾兑水平,做到酸与酯的平衡、香与味的和谐,只有这样才能完善淡雅型白酒的口感。The reason that elegant type of liquor adapts to the demands of market was analyzed and its production was introduced. The traditional process should be strengthened, and leaning from the process of flavor type fusion, improvement of blending, balance of acid and ester, harmony of flavor and taste should be performed to perfect the taste of elegant liquor.
