摘　　要：Discipline culture is the commander and soul of discipline construction. Marxist Theory discipline shouldering the responsibility of socialist ideological and cultural construction as well as the ideological and political education has made great progress due to the attention of relevant departments,but there is still lack of discipline consciousness and problem consciousness.In this paper,the author puts forward the ways to strengthen the construction of discipline culture, and then promote the discipline construction of Marxist Theory.Disdpfine culture is the commander and soul of discipline construction.
