摘 要:本文主要对新疆库尔勒、石河子、莎车、乌鲁木齐的辣椒粕常规营养成分进行了测定,以期为新疆畜牧业中合理利用新型饲料资源辣椒粕提供数据参考。结果表明:辣椒粕的常规营养成分中,库尔勒、石河子、乌鲁木齐、莎车的粗蛋白分别为18.32%、24.63%、19.13%、16.98%,粗脂肪分别为2.18%、1.51%、1.63%、3.35%,中性洗涤纤维分别为37.69%、54.69%、40.00%、34.45%;酸性洗涤纤维分别为29.70%、32.60%、29.76%、27.43%。与常用蛋白饲料(棉粕、豆粕、葵粕、菜籽粕)相比,非常规饲料辣椒粕每1%蛋白成本相对较低。由此可见,辣椒粕应用于配合饲料生产,可降低饲料成本。This article mainly aimed to study on the content of nutritional components of four kinds of capsicum residues in Korla, Shihezi, Yarkand, Urumqi in order to rational use and provide reference for capsicum residues as a new type of feed resources in the Xinjiang animal husbandry. The content of crude protein of capsicum residues in Korla, Shihezi,Urumqi and ~arkand were 18.32% ,24.63% ,19.13% and 16.98%, and those of content of fat were 2.18%,1.51%,1.63% and 3.35%, respectively.NDF levels of capsicum residues in Korla, Shihezi,Urumqi and Yarkan were 37.69.%,54.69%,40.00% and 34.45%, and those of ADF levels were 29.70%,32.60%,29.76%,27.43%,respectively. Compared with the common protein feed including cottonseed meal, soybean meal, sunflower meal and rapeseed meal, the cost of per 1% protein of unconventional feed resources capsicum residues was relatively low. Therefore, It was economic when capsicum residues was used in compound feed production.
