摘 要:利用原位聚合法,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)为乳化剂,通过尿素和甲醛反应生成脲醛树脂预聚体作为微胶囊的外壳,将环氧树脂(E-51)和双环戊二烯(DCPD)包裹起来制备出微米级的自修复微胶囊.讨论了分散速率、分散剂种类、修复剂的类型对所得产物的粒径及其表面形态的影响.实验表明,影响粒径大小和粒径分布的主要因素是分散速率、分散剂浓度以及芯材的种类.In this thesis, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (DBS) were used as emulsifier. Urea and formaldehyde were reacted to make urea-formaldehyde resin prepolymer to be the shell of microcapsules, the epoxy resin( E-51 ) and dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) were wrapped to form a self-repair capacity micro- capsules. Micron self-healing microcapsules were successfully prepared by reaction of situ polymerization method. At the same time, the effect of dispersion rate, dispersing agents and the type of repair agents on the particle size and surface morphology of the product were discussed. Experimental results show that spread rate, dispersant concentration and type of the core material are the main factors which affect the particle size and distribution.
