存活素在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤中表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞凋亡抑制蛋白-存活素(Survivin)在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测30例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,10例鼻腔鳞癌及10例正常下鼻甲黏膜标本中Survivin的表达。结果鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤和鼻腔鳞癌组织中survivin的表达分别为73.33%、80.00%,均显著高于正常下鼻甲黏膜组织的表达0%(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤和鼻腔鳞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,可能成为鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤和鼻腔鳞癌基因治疗的靶点。Survivin的高表达,预示SNIP的复发。Objective To assess the protein expression of a new inhibitor of apoptosis,survivin,and it＇s clinical significance in sinonasal inverted papilloma（SNIP）. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of survivin in 30 cases of SNIP,10 cases of sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma（SCC） and 10 cases of normal inferior concha tissues. Results Survivin was expressed in 22 of 30（73.33%）cases of SNIP,8 of 10（80.00%）cases of SCC and not expressed in 10（0%）cases of normal inferior concha tissues. Expression of survivin was significantly higher in SNIP and SCC than in normal tissues. Conclusions Survivin may play an important role in the pathway of progression of SNIP and SCC.It may be identified as a new therapeutic target. The high expression of Survivin indicates a recurrence of SNIP.
