On Educational Journal Editors' Advancement of the Professional Development of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools of Primary and Secondary School Teachers

摘  要:教育期刊是中小学教师展示研究成果的平台,同时也为他们的专业发展提供专业的对话。目前教育期刊有一些定位的问题:理论性偏强,文章偏长,专业性术语过多;文章晦涩难懂,与中小学教师不是一个话语体系;什么都发的大杂烩教育期刊,文章都是过时的教育经验;跟踪时下的教育热点。同时发现,教育期刊编辑对中小学教师专业发展服务存在一定的不足:与作者群体、读者群体关系调适的主观作为不足;对教育的关注度不足,职业倦怠感较强;教育期刊社对人力资源的培养欠缺与市场的对接,拓展新服务领域的不足等定位问题。如何使教育期刊可持续发展,为中小学教师更好地服务,教育期刊编辑应正确定位自身的角色:正确定位编辑的双重属性;教育期刊编辑要研究教育,懂教育;参与一线教师的继续教育培训,形成学术共同体在合作中发现问题,寻找解决策略。Educational journals are the platform for primary and secondary school teachers to show their research results, but also to provide professional dialogue for their professional development. At present, there are positioning problem for educational journals: theoretical orientation, verbose style, and excessive terminology ; obscurity and isolation from the discourse system of teachers in primary and secondary schools ; a patchwork mingled with articles of other disciplines, even educational articles, however, are talking about outdated educational experience. While educational journal editors' service to the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools is insufficient: lack of attention to education, and occupation burnout; educational journal' s lack of relevance with development of human resources and insufficient development of new service. How to realize sustainable development of educational journals and better service teachers in primary and secondary schools? The editors should better realize their own roles: correct positioning of the double features; more research and learning of education; participating in further education for teachers to find problems and related solutions through cooperation with the academics.
