摘　　要：创新思维是现代护理管理者最重要的思维方式。提出护理管理者应在人格特征、学习能力、信息素养、社会能力四个方面加强修养,勇敢打破思维定势,运用头脑风暴法、移植法、列举法、检核表法等方法来促进创新思维的养成和应用,并通过形成创新文化、建立创新机制、培养创新人才、提供创新平台引领护理团队创新,从而使护理事业能在纷繁复杂的局势下推陈出新、别开生面。Creative thinking is the most important way of thinking in modern nursing management. By strengthening self-cultivation on personality characteristics, learning ability, information literacy and social ability, nursing administrators can break the thinking set, and adopt brainstorming, transplantation method, enumeration method, and checklist method to promote the cultivation and application of creative thinking. Moreover, the nursing administrators can form innovation culture, establish innovation mecha- nism, cultivate innovative talents, and provide innovative platform so as to open up a fresh outlook in the new situations for the nursing discipline.
