摘　　要：方轴零件是典型的轴类零件,零件有车削加工部分,也有铣削加工部分。本文以方轴零件的加工为例,详细介绍了零件数控加工工艺设计过程,解决了方轴加工过程中零件装夹繁琐、劳动强度大等问题,从而提高了加工效率。The center square shaft parts are typical shaft parts,include NC turning parts and milling parts.This paper take the processing of the shaft parts as an example,introduced the process design of NC machining in detail,and solved the problems in processing of the center square shaft parts, such as parts clamping method, reduce labor intensity,improve processing efficiency and so on.
