摘　　要：作为一门兼有工具学科、人文学科和基础学科三重性质的学科,逻辑学对社会的发展具有重要的作用。但在我国当前的环境和背景下,逻辑学没有得到充分的重视,地方性高校的逻辑学教学更面临着大部分专业不开逻辑学的窘境。要改变地方性高校逻辑学教学现状,必须从上层的主管部门、逻辑学自身的市场培育及逻辑学功能的宣传三个方面共同展开。As a triple-property subject of tool subject,arts subject and basic subject, Logic plays animportant role in the development of our society. But we haven＇t attached enough importance to it now. Andthe logic teaching in local universities have encountered the plight that most majors don＇t offered it. Tochange the status of the logic teaching in local universities, we must take measures from the following threeaspects： the first is the upper department in charge, the second is the market cultivation of logic and the thirdis giving publicity to the role of logic.
