摘　　要：文章详细阐述了软件FMEA的分析过程和实施要点,并提出了适用于汽车电控系统嵌入式软件的潜在失效模式及其原因的分析方法,针对潜在失效影响的严重度定级创新性地引入了功能安全ASIL等级,并给出了对自动变速器电控软件的FMEA分析实例,从而使软件FMEA更加具体化、规范化。The principle, process and key pints of software FMEA implementation are de- scribed. Then the failure modes and their causes of automobile control system software are proposed with a specific case, as well as the failure effects. It also creatively introduces ASIL level for the sever- ity evaluation. The results show the concretion and standardization of software FMEA.
