摘　　要：本文以战略一致性为基准,选取天津市178家国家级和省(市)级的企业技术中心为研究对象,结合天津市企业技术中心的发展现状,分析各因素对于企业创新绩效的影响路径,研究企业技术中心的技术战略、企业的内部组织结构与发展战略和外部环境之间的相关性,以及企业内外部战略一致性程度对于企业创新绩效的影响。从而思考如何对天津市企业技术中心创新体系资源进行优化配置,并提出政策性建议。This paper uses strategic alignment as a benchmark and chooses 178 national and provincial（municipal） enterprise technical centers in Tianjin for the study. Based on the development status of Tianjin enterprise technology centers, it analyses the factors affecting path of innovation performance, studies the correlation of technology strategic, internal organizational structure, development strategic, and external environment, as well as the effect of consistency degree of internal and external strategies on the innovative performance. Finally, it discusses how to optimize the allocation of innovation system resources in Tianjin technology centers and puts forward policy recommendations.
