摘　　要：研究生担任助管和兼职辅导员对研究生能力培养和提高研究生综合素质有着重要作用。本文以西安电子科技大学等部分陕西高校为调研对象,对研究生助管和兼职辅导员工作的实施情况加以分析,发现制约研究生助管和兼职辅导员工作发展的诸多因素,从思想认识、资金支持、培训体系、制度保障等方面提出切实可行的解决方案。As assistant or part-time instructors in universities, graduate students can get their own abilities trained and overall qualities improved. This paper takes colleges and universities in Shaanxi province such as Xidian University as the research objects. It analyses the work of graduate students as assistant or part-time instructors. It is found that many factors may restrict the practice. Practical solutions are presented in terms of ideological understanding, funding,training system,institutional guarantees, etc.
