摘　　要：高校作为培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的摇篮,其育人环境的稳定不仅关系到当下和将来高校的建设发展方向,更对国家和社会的长治久安具有深远影响。影响高校育人环境稳定的因素错综复杂,借鉴PEST分析方法对政治、经济、社会、科技等相关影响因素进行归纳剖析,将为管控高校稳定环境、促进校园和谐发展起到良好的支持作用。Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The stability of the educational environment is not only related to the future development direction of colleges and universities, but also makes far-reaching influence on the stability and security of the state and the social. The factors influencing the stable education environment in colleges is complicated. Summarizing and dissecting the related influence from the point of view of politics, economic, society, and technology factors through PEST analysis will support the development of the stable environment and promote the harmonious development of colleges and universities.
