摘　　要：目的 探讨良性小动脉性肾硬化慢性肾脏病（CKD）分期与高血压视网膜病变分期的相关性.方法 选取2008年1月至2011年9月在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院肾内科住院的、有高血压并进行眼底检查的患者.分析良性小动脉性肾硬化CKD分期与高血压视网膜病变分期的相关性.结果 良性小动脉性肾硬化组CKD分期与视网膜病变分期相关系数r为0.407,P值为0.017.结论 良性小动脉性肾硬化组CKD分期与视网膜病变分期有相关性.Objective To study the correlation of benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis CKD stages with hypertensive retinopathy stage.Methods Choose between January 2008 and September 2008 in Beijing Rriendship Hospital affiliated to the Capital University of Medical Sciences,renal medicine in the hospital,patients with high blood pressure and fundus examination as the research object.Analysis of benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis CKD stages and hypertensive retinopathy in installment and relevance.Results Benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis group of CKD stage and retinopathy in installment correlation coefficient r of 0.407,and P value was 0.017.Conclusions Benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis group of CKD stage has correlation with retinopathy in installment.
