A型肉毒毒素治疗眼睑痉挛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察A型肉毒毒素治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法采用A型肉毒毒素局部注射的方法治疗80例特发性眼睑痉挛患者,门诊或者电话随访其疗效。结果 80例患者中75例患者注射后眼睑痉挛完全缓解,5例明显缓解,有效率100%,注射后3-7d内起效,维持时间2-6个月,平均4个月,复发时再次治疗均有效,常见副作用有眼睑肿胀,表情不自然,干眼症加重等。结论 A型肉毒毒素治疗特发性眼睑痉挛治疗痛苦小,局部副作用小,是一种安全,有效,经济的治疗手段。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of botulinum toxin type A treating blepharospasm Methods Totally 80 patients with blepharospasm were treated with botulinum toxin type A,Outpatient or telephone follow-up of its efficacy Results In 80 patients with treatment by Botulinum Toxin Type A,75 patients were completely relieved,5 patients were remarkable relieved,the effective rate of all patients was 100%,the observations showed that marked improvement from the third days after the injection and the rapid relief lasted about 2 - 6 months,the average maintenance was 4 months,and the retreatment was effective at the time of relapse. The common side effects include eyelid swelling,the expression were not natural and the aggravation of the dry eye. Conclusion The injection of botulinum toxin type A is less painful,fewer side effects and safe,effective,economic means for the treatment of blepharospasm.
