摘　　要：目的探讨中央区乳腺癌保乳治疗的可行性及手术操作技巧。方法回顾性分析平煤神马医疗集团总医院63例中央区乳腺癌行保乳治疗资料,其中0期7例,Ⅰ期29例,Ⅱ期27例,11例切除了乳头乳晕,19例行背阔肌肌瓣转移填充。结果所有患者随访18-36个月,5例局部复发。术后患侧乳房外观评价：37例优秀,15例良好,8例一般,良好率86.6%。结论位于中央区的早期乳腺癌患者,经过规范保乳治疗,术后乳腺外观满意,并不增加复发风险。Objective To study the feasibility of breast-conserving therapy for breast carcinoma centrally located in the breast and surgical operation skills. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 63 cases of breast cancer located in the central part of the breast,including 11 cases of resection of the nipple areola,19 cases underwent the latissimus dorsi muscle flap transfer. Results All patients were followed up for 18 to 36 months,5 cases of local recurrence.Breast appearance evaluation： 37 cases of excellent,good 15 cases,8 cases of general,good rate was 86. 6%. Conclusion Breast carcinoma centrally located in the breast after specification breast-conserving therapy,the aesthetic effect of the conserved breast was satisfactory,does not increase the risk of recurrence.
