摘　　要：在集约化理论指导下,基于利益分享的企业组织、政府、科研机构协同创新,为我国构建创新型国家提出了一个新的发展方向,其中关联各方的纽带就是利益。本文从利益分享机制出发展开研究,分析利益分享机制下的协同创新体系,研究其效率上的优越性,并对我国的创新体系建设提出对策建议。In the guidance of intensive theory, based on the benefit sharing of industry--university--research co- operation, put forward a new development direction of building an innovative country in China, which link is the in- terests of related parties. This paper starts from the mechanism of benefit sharing, analyzes the synergetic innova- tion system under the benefit sharing mechanism, studies the superiority of its efficiency, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the innovation system .
