摘  要:目的探讨礼仪培训在本科护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法选择2015年7月13日进入临床实习的146名实习护生(其中经过培训的有87人,未经过培训的有59人)为研究对象,在经过护士基本礼仪培训和模拟情景演练后,进入临床实习由带教老师根据实习护生在临床实习中礼仪方面的具体表现,对经过培训和未经过培训的本科实习护生分别进行打分,同时让实习护生对基本礼仪内容进行自我评价。结果经过礼仪培训的实习护生在临床实习中的表现明显优于未经过培训的实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对基本礼仪内容的自我评价得分均高于培训前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论礼仪培训在本科护生临床实习中有效,有利于护理质量的提升。Objective Discussion undergraduate nursing students in pre-service etiquette training Evaluation of Clinical Practice.Methods Select the July 13,2015 is about to enter clinical practice 146 nursing students(in which trained 87 people,untrained and 59)for the study,after a nurse basic etiquette training and simulation scenarios exercise,in clinical practice by the teachers by specific performance in clinical practice etiquette according to nursing students,for trained and untrained undergraduate nursing students to rate each of the last and allow nursing students to basic etiquette contents of self-evaluation.Results After etiquette training nursing students in clinical practice significantly outperformed untrained nursing students,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Basic etiquette content self-evaluation scores were higher than before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusion The pre-service etiquette training helps to improve nursing students in clinical practice effect.
