不同类型胃癌患者外周血miRNA-25的表达比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同类型胃癌患者外周血miRNA-25的表达差异。方法选择2013年11月至2016年1月期间本中心和协作单位61例胃癌患者、43例胃癌前病变患者和同期在本中心进行健康体检的38名健康人群为健康对照组。比较受试者血清miRNA-25的表达水平,分析不同胃癌临床特征miRNA-25表达差异。结果 3组受试者miRNA-25表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且胃癌组患者(122.14±12.02)fmol/μg最高,其次为胃癌前病变组(84.64±6.08)fmol/μg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者性别、年龄、分化类型、肿瘤病灶大小及肿瘤部位不同,外周血miRNA-25表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),伴有淋巴结转移和胃癌为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的患者,miRNA-25表达水平均显著高于未发生淋巴结转移和胃癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-25可作为胃癌诊断和预测预后的分子标志物。Objective To study different types of gastric cancer patients with peripheral blood micrornas RNA expression.Methods 61 cases of gastric cancer patients from November 2013 to January 2016 were selected from our center and the cooperative hospitals,43 patients before gastric cancer lesion,during the same period,chose another 38 cases of healthy people in our hospital for physical examination as control group.All the research object of peripheral blood samples delivered to detect serum miRNA-25 relative quantity.We analyzed the expression of serum miRNA-25 and the relevance of gastric cancer clinical pathological indicators.Results The gastric cancer group,the pathological changes before gastric carcinoma group and healthy controls group with the expression of miRNA-25 level respectively were（122.14 ± 12.02） fmol/ug,（84.64 ± 6.08） fmol/ug,which had significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Patient＇s gender,age,differentiation type,tumor size and tumor lesion area and peripheral blood in patients with gastric cancer micrornas-25 expression level had no obvious relevance（P〉0.05）,the expression level of micrornas-25 in associated with lymph node metastasis and cancer of the stomach for respectively in patients with stage III or IV were higher than without lymph node metastasis and cancer of the stomach for patients with stage I and II,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions miRNA-25 can be used as a molecular marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
