摘  要:为研究三自由度往复式振动筛的运动学参数和激振模式对木材颗粒筛分效率的影响规律,以杨木颗粒为研究对象,基于离散元素法理论,利用EDEM软件模拟杨木颗粒的筛分过程。得出在单自由度振动模式下,杨木颗粒筛分的最佳振幅为5 mm,最佳频率为10 Hz。利用正交试验,得到杨木颗粒在X/Z方向的两自由度振动模式,振幅为3mm,振动频率为10 Hz的条件下筛分效果最好。利用最佳方案进行对比分析,得出两自由度振动模式能够显著提高杨木颗粒的筛分效率。To study the influence of the kinematic parameters and excitation modes of three degrees of freedom reciprocating vibrating screen on the screening efficiency of wood particles, authors of this paper use poplar particles as the research object, based on the theory of discrete element method, use EDEM software to simulate the screening process of poplar particles. Under the single degree of freedom vibration mode, the optimal amplitude of the screening of poplar particle is 5 mm, the optimum frequency is 10 Hz. By using the orthogonal experiment, the two degree of freedom vibration mode of poplar particles in X/Z direction is obtained, the vibration amplitude is 3 mm, and the screening effect is the best under the condition of 10 Hz. By comparing and analyzing the optimum scheme, the two degree of freedom vibration mode can significantly improve the screening efficiency of poplar particles.
