摘 要:为了解橡胶籽饼对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响,选取25周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡72只,随机分为6个组,每个组设4个重复,每个重复3只鸡,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅴ组饲粮分别配合5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的橡胶籽饼,各组饲粮营养水平一致,试验期16周。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组日采食量显著增高(P<0.05),其他3个组差异不显著(P>0.05);除试验Ⅰ组外,其余试验组料蛋比显著增高(P<0.05);除试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组外,其余试验组平均蛋重均显著降低(P<0.05);除试验Ⅰ和Ⅴ组外,其余试验组蛋壳厚度显著增加(P<0.05);所有试验组蛋鸡体重、产蛋率、蛋黄重、蛋黄比、蛋形指数、蛋壳比和蛋壳重无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,饲粮中配合5%~10%橡胶仔饼不影响蛋鸡体重、产蛋率,但随配合比例的提高,蛋鸡采食量和蛋壳厚度增加,料蛋比呈现上升趋势,平均蛋重和腹脂率呈现下降趋势,鸡蛋品质不受影响。In order to study the effects of dietary rubber seed cake on laying performance and egg quality in laying hens,72 healthy chickens at 25 weeks of age were randomly divided into six groups with 4 replicates per group and 3 chickens per replicate. The control group was given corn-soybean meal basal diet. Experimental group I to V were fed with the fomulated diet added rubber seed cake by 5%,10%,15%,20% and 25% respectively. All groups were fed with the diet containing the same nutrition level during a 16-week experimental period. The results showed that compared with the control group, group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had a significantly higher daily feed intake (P〈0.05), but the other three group hadn't;the feed/egg ratio was increased significantly in all groups (P〈0.05)except group Ⅰ ;the average egg weight was decreased significantly in group Ⅲto Ⅴ (P〈O.05)except group Ⅰ and Ⅱ ;the shell thickness was increased significantly in group Ⅱ to Ⅳ (P〈O.05) except groupⅠ and Ⅴ ;The experimental groups did not have significant differences in body weight, laying rate, egg yolk weight, egg yolk/egg ratio, egg-shaped index, eggshell/egg ratio and eggshell weight (P〉0.05). These results were suggested that the diet containing 5% to 10% rubber seed cake did not affect body weight and laying rate, but with the increase of the amount of rubber seed cake, feed intake and shell thickness were increased, and there was an increasing trend in feed/egg ratio and a trend of decline in average egg weight and abdominal fat rate without loss in egg quality.
