摘　　要：随着城市化节奏加快,过敏体质伴随的过敏性疾病增多,其潜在地给社会造成了巨大的卫生损失。为了减少过敏体质的发生,调整过敏体质者向平和体质的转变以及防止已经转向平和体质的人群再次发生过敏,本文探讨了过敏体质的三级预防措施。重点在于一级预防,主要包括优生优育,调摄情志,体育锻炼,饮食起居调养,宣传教育与早期鉴别,其他预防等6条措施。二级预防主要是合理利用各种脱敏方调体治疗过敏性疾病,三级预防主要是利用"辨体-辨病-辨证"三辨模式改善过敏体质治愈过敏性疾病并防止复发。With the accelerated pace of urbanization,allergic diseases based on the allergic constitution increase,and it gives society a huge health losses potentially. This paper discusses the tertiary prevention of the Allergic Constitution in order to reduce the incidence of the Allergic Constitution and adjust from the Allergic Constitution to the Pin He Constitution and prevent the occur of allergy again. Focus on primary prevention,including prenatal and postnatal care,recuperating emotional,physical activity,diet and daily life nursed back to health,education and early identification of publicity,and so on,six other prevention measures. Secondary prevention mainly on using kinds of desensitization prescription to treat allergic diseases with reason. Tertiary prevention is using the ＂Distinguishing the Constitution-Disease-Syndrome＂patterns to improve the allergic constitution and prevent recurrence.
