自拟化瘀生新汤灌肠治疗宫腔术后月经过少的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟化瘀生新汤随月经周期加味灌肠给药治疗宫腔手术后月经过少的临床疗效,确定灌肠给药的有效性、可靠性及显著性。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例该病患者,随机分为治疗组(直肠给药)和对照组(口服用药)各30例,给予自拟化瘀生新汤同药同量治疗该病,并观察记录月经量、临床症状、子宫内膜的变化。结果:总有效率83.33%,2组间比较月经量、中医症候评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而子宫内膜修复、经期、复发率等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀生新汤随月经周期加味灌肠给药治疗宫腔术后引起的月经过少,临床证实"内病外治"有效可靠,可供患者选择不同的给药路径需求。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of blood stasis and hypomenorrhea new Decoction with menstrual cycle clyster administration in the treatment of uterine cavity after surgery,to determine the effectiveness of enema medicine,reliability and significant.Methods：Sixty cases of patients with the disease will meet the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group （rectal administration）and control group （oral administration）of the 30 cases,treated with the new drug with the same Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment of the disease,and to observe and record the amount of menstruation,the clinical symptoms,the changes of the uterine endometrium.Results：The total effective rate was 83.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of menstrual flow,and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〉0.05）, but the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Huayu Decoction with menstrual cycle supplemented by enema for the treatment of uterine cavity after the operation caused by too little menstruation,clinical confirmed that the internal treatment of the disease is effective and reliable,for patients to choose a different route of administration needs.
