抗青光眼滤过术后行超声乳化白内障吸除术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对抗青光眼滤过术后行超声乳化白内障吸除术的临床效果进行分析。方法选取该科室收入的106例行抗青光眼滤过术的患者,分为对照组和实验组,各53例,实验组采用超声乳化白内障吸除术进行治疗,对照组采用小梁切除术进行治疗,并对其进行为期3个月的随访,对其临床疗效进行观察。结果实验组患者术后12 h的眼压显著低于对照组(P<0.05),24和48 h的眼压两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者术后视力大于0.5的有45例,占84.91%,对照组患者有36例,占67.92%,实验组的疗效显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后并发症发生率为22.64%,显著低于对照组患者术后并发症发生率的41.51%(P<0.05)。结论对于行抗青光眼滤过术的患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗白内障临床疗效显著,术后眼压恢复迅速,能有效提高患者视力水平,并发症发生率小,值得临床推广。【Objective】To analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in patients who underwent glaucoma filtration surgery.【Methods】A total of 106 cases of patients who underwent glaucoma filtration surgery were divided into control and experimental groups, each of 53 cases in the experimental group using ultrasonic phacoemulsification surgery treatment, control group with trabeculectomy for treatment, all patients were followed up for three months, and the clinical efficacy was observed.【Results】Twelve hour intraocular pressure（IOP） of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）. While for the 24 h and 48 h IOP, the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）. The eyesight was greater than 0.5 in fortyfive patients in the experimental group, accounting for 84.91%, 36 cases in the control group, accounting for 67.92%, and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications occurred in patients in the experimental group was 22.64%, significantly lower than 41.51% of the control group（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】The clinical effect of phacoemulsification in patients who underwent glaucoma filtration surgery is excellent, which can effectively improve the level of visual acuity in patients, and has lower incidence of complications, so it is worthy of promotion.
