摘　　要：教学方法及内容创新与课程建设相辅相成、相互促进。教学方法及内容创新是道路交通事故处理课程建设的重要切入点,为满足当前公安体制改革教学需要,道路交通事故处理课程建设对教学方法及内容创新提出了新要求。因此,应在建设道路交通事故处理课程中积极推进教学方法及内容的创新。笔者就以我国无人驾驶车辆事故责任主体划分为例进行研究。当前众多的汽车厂商、互联网公司都致力于研发无人驾驶汽车,无人驾驶技术无疑是未来交通的主要发展方向。与此同时,有关于无人驾驶汽车发生道路交通事故责任主体划分的争议也引起了关注,关注点较多集中在:对产品责任方面的顾虑是否会使得这项技术发展缓慢,更可能使人们与这项技术无缘。而我国目前所施行的《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》及其相关法律、法规及其相关司法解释均无针对无人驾驶车辆发生道路交通事故责任主体划分标准。本文旨对无人驾驶车辆发生道路交通事故责任主体划分标准予以探讨。Teaching methods and content innovation and curriculum construction complement each other and promote each other.Teaching methods and content innovation is an important entry point for the course construction of road traffic accidents.In order to meet the teaching needs of the current reform of the public security system,the construction of road traffic accident treatment course puts forward new demands on teaching methods and content innovation.Therefore,we should actively promote the innovation of teaching methods and contents in the course of dealing with road traffic accidents.The author takes the responsibility subject of unmanned vehicle accidents in China as an example.The current number of car manufacturers,Internet Co are committed to the development of unmanned vehicles,unmanned technology is the main development direction of future traffic.At the same time,a driverless car has divided the main responsibility of the main road traffic accident disputes have also attracted attention and concern more focus on：whether the product liability concerns will make the development of this technology is slow,more likely to make people with this technology without edge.And our current implementation of the people＇s Republic of China on road traffic safety law and related legal interpretations are not for unmanned vehicle liability division standard of road traffic accidents.The purpose of this paper is on the unmanned vehicle has the main responsibility division standard the road traffic accident will be discussed.
