摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA持续改进方法在消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理中的应用效果。方法以2014年1月—2015年12月为研究时间,从2015年1月1日起应用PDCA管理方法,比较实施前后一年内CSSD器械拆装、清洗质量、消毒质量、环境管理、包装质量等各部分的质量评分情况、医院医疗手术器械消毒合格情况以及手术切口感染情况,比较实施前后差异。结果 (1)实施PDCA后,器械拆装、清洗质量、消毒质量、环境管理、包装质量等各项评分较实施前得到显著提升,差异有统计学意义(t=7.385、6.442、5.471、6.348、4.793,P<0.05)。(2)实施PDCA后,氧气湿化瓶、无菌干罐、气管内套管、手术器械、喉镜、腔镜等医疗手术器械消毒合格率均有明显提升(χ2=3.295、5.851、3.284、4.028、3.871、4.271,P<0.05)。(3)实施后,该院住院部手术切口感染情况总体较实施前有显著改善,感染率从实施前0.71%降到实施后0.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环法对完善该院CSSD管理具有良好的效果,可有效降低手术切口感染率,预防院内感染。Objective To study the application effect of PDCA continuous improvement method in CSSD management.Methods The January 2014 to December 2015 was the research time, and the PDCA management method had been applied since January 1, 2015, and the quality scores of CSSD device dismounting, cleaning quality, disinfection quality, environmental management and package quality, hospital medical operation device disinfection qualified condition and operative incision infection in 1 year before and after the implementation were compared and the difference before and after the implementation was compared. Results（1）After implementing PDCA, various scores of device dismounting, cleaning quality, disinfection quality, environmental management and package quality were obviously improved compared with those before the implementation（t=7.385, 6.442, 5.471, 6.348, 4.793, P〈0.05）, and the difference was obvious.（2） After implementing PDCA, the disinfection qualified rate of medical operative devices such as oxygen moisture bottle, aseptic tank, endotracheal tube, operative device, laryngeal mirror and cavity mirror was obviously improved（χ2=3.295, 5.851, 3.284, 4.028, 3.871,4.271, P〈0.05）.（3） After the implantation, the total infection of operative incision in the inpatient department in our hospital was obviously improved compared with that before the implementation, and the infection rate decreased from 0.71% before implementation to 0.42% after implementation, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of PDCA circulation method in improving the CSSD management in our hospital is good, which can effectively reduce the infection rate of operative incision and prevent the hospital infection.
