摘  要:为探求粉煤灰的的高值化综合利用,对硫酸氢铵焙烧粉煤灰提取氧化铝的反应动力学进行了系统的研究,考察了焙烧温度和粉煤灰与硫酸氢铵质量比对反应速率的影响。结果表明:硫酸铵焙烧粉煤灰的反应受通过固体产物层的内扩散控制,反应活化能为21.90k J·mol^(-1),同时得到了焙烧反应的动力学方程:1+2(1-x)-3(1-x)^(2/3)=0.3075exp{-21904/RT}·t。最佳工艺条件为:粉煤灰与硫酸氢铵质量比1∶8.5,焙烧温度420℃,焙烧时间60min;该反应条件下Al_2O_3提取率可达84.5%以上。In order to explore the high value comprehensive utilization of fly ash, the reaction kinetics of roasting fly ash by ammonium hydrogen sulfate had been systemically studied. The effects of roasting temperature and mass ratio of fly ash to ammonium hydrogen sulfate on reaction rate were investigated. The results showed that the control step of roasting reaction was the internal diffusion on the solid product layer and the activation energy was calculated as 21.9kJ/mol. Simultaneously the general kinetic equation was obtained as 1 + 2 ( 1 - x) - 3 ( 1 - x) 2/3 = 0. 3075exp { - 21904/RT } · t. The extracting rate of Al2O3 reached more than 84.5% under the optimized conditions of mass ratio of ily ash to ammonium hydrogen sulfate of 1 : g. 5, reaction tempera- ture of 420℃, and roasting time of 60 min.
