摘 要:针对特定种植规模和作物品种的农场,利用技术支持,研发一种农业机械化优选模型。该模型基于最小成本原理,是一种非线性的编程模型,通过使用通用代数建模系统编程软件(GAMS)来实现。模型的输出是每台机械和拖拉机功率大小以及所需拖拉机数量,同时也可表达机组的有效工作率和完成每项作业的名义时间。在考虑到诸如可用人工工时、机组工时、作业即时性、生产可操作性、作业窗口期及作业顺序等各类约束条件后,选择面向农场矩阵模型。该模型的工作性能已由真实农场数据加以证明:尽管在某些方面存在明显的差距,但将优化的机械需求与研究案例中农场的实际机械进行比较,可以看出二者具有良好的一致性。With the technique support,an agricultural mechanization selective model was developed for specific planting scale and crop variety.This model is a non-linear programming model based on minimum cost principle,by using programming software GAMS.Power and amount of each machine and tractors are outputted,which can be described as effective work rates of machinery sets and time of each operation.Several constraints were considered,such as available labor time,time of machine,timeliness and workability of operation,window period and order of operations,farm-oriented matrix model was selected.Performance of this model was verified by actual data from farm.Although a gap exists,good consistency can be found between optimized machine requirements and real machine used on farm.
