摘 要:辽代佛学教育在崇佛佞佛风气影响下形成了很多具有地域特色的佛教宗派的教育体系,并对辽代的政治、社会、生活等均产生深远影响。政治上,辽代统治者对当世影响范围较广、学问较高的佛学大师、大德采取加官晋爵的方式以示统治者对佛教的恩宠。民俗上,岁时节俗之佛诞日常见自天子达于庶人的游行狂欢、父母为子女取名常以"佛号"为之、佛教信众辞世后实行火化等,到处渗透着佛教因素。经济上,占用土地、劳动力流失、铸币危机等社会经济现象的出现亦均与辽代佛学教育相关联。同时,辽代佛学教育对高丽佛学发展亦起到相当大的推动作用。In Liao Dynasty, when the worship of Buddha was popular, many sects of Buddhism education systems were formed and have profound impact on the political and social life. Politically, the Buddhist scholars and masters with wider range of influence and higher learning advanced in rank and position as the rulers were in favor of Buddhism. Traditionally, on birthdays of Buddhas, the emperors as well as the common people would take part in the celebration activities, such as, carnivals and parades. Parents named their children after Buddhas. Those worshipers' bodies would be cremated al^r death. Economically, many social economic phenomena were associated with the Buddhism education, such as, occupation of land, loss of labor force and the crisis of coined money. Meanwhile, Buddhism education in Liao Dynasty played a considerable role in the development of Buddhism in Gaoli.
