摘　　要：在铁路信息化开展之初,未考虑到主数据的共享共用,各种公用基础编码、公用基础字典等在多个系统中自采集、自维护,既增加了重复维护的工作量,也造成数据的不一致、不统一。实现主数据的统一管理是推进系统互联互通、数据综合应用的基础。借鉴国外主数据管理领域的先进理念,总结国内外主数据管理的实施经验,梳理我国铁路主数据的组成范围,设计铁路主数据管理平台的解决方案。铁路主数据管理平台的前期实践经验,对于铁路主数据管理平台的应用实施具有一定指导意义。At the beginning of IT application in the railway industry, sharing of master data was not taken into account, and various public basic codes and public basic dictionaries are self-collected and self-maintained in multiple systems, which not only increases the workload of repeated maintenance, but also causes data inconsistency and ununiformity. The realization of the unified management of the master data is the to basis promote system interoperability and integrated data application. This paper draws experience from advanced concepts overseas in the field of master data management, summarizes the implementation experience of master data management at home and abroad, sorts out the composition of master data of railway in China, and proposes a solution for railway master data management platform. The experience of railway master data management platform in the early stage can be a valuable reference for the application of railway master data management platform.
