珍珠末治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变LEEP术后创面愈合的临床观察及研究

摘　　要：目的:更进一步对珍珠末治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变LEEP术后创面愈合的临床效果进行探究。方法:回顾性分析2014年12月-2016年12月在本院妇产科接受LEEP手术治疗的140例宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者的临床资料。依据随机数字表法及对每位患者术后创面所采用药物的不同将其均分至术后不采用任何处理的对照组与术后创面采用珍珠末治疗的观察组,对比分析LEEP术后创面所用不同药物的临床效果差异,尤其是创面愈合时间及治愈率情况。结果:对照组患者总有效率为84.29%(59/70),低于观察组的94.29%(66/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间、术后创伤面出血量及术后并发症均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行LEEP手术的宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者,于术后采用珍珠末进行治疗能够有效促进创面恢复,减少术后不良反应的发生,值得推广。Objective： To further explore the clinical effect of Pearl Powder in treatment of wound healing of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia LEEP surgery.Method： The clinical data of 140 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated by LEEP in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the random number table method and wound of each patient was used in drugs of different, the patients were divided into observation group （ the wound was treated with Pearl Powder ） and control group （ postoperative without using any treatment ）, the clinical effect of different drugs used in the wound after LEEP contrast were analyzed, especially the healing time and healing rate of the wound.Result： The total effective rate of the control group was 84.29% （ 59/70 ）, which was lower than 94.29% （ 66/70 ） of the Observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .The wound healing time, postoperative wound surface bleeding and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： For patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent LEEP operation, after operation, the use of Pearl Powder treatment can effectively promote wound healing, reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, it is worthy of promotion.
