TP方案联合康莱特在宫颈癌新辅助化疗中的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨TP(顺铂+紫杉醇)方案联合康莱特在宫颈癌新辅助化疗中的近期疗效。方法:将本院2014年1月-2016年6月收治的80例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用TP化疗方案,观察组采用TP方案联合康莱特。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗后KPS评分、不良反应发生情况、手术情况及术后病理情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出现Ⅲ、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制及Ⅲ、Ⅳ度消化道反应均低于对照组(P<0.05);但观察组静脉炎发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量以及手术用时均少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组切缘阳性率及淋巴结阳性率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌新辅助化疗中应用TP方案联合康莱特,能够增效减毒,有效提高手术成功率,提高患者治疗后的生活质量,可于临床进行推广应用。Objective： To investigate the curative effect of TP （ Paclitaxel＋Cisplatin ） regimen combined with Kanglaite in neoadjuvant chemotherapy of cervical cancer.Method： From January 2014 to June 2016, 80 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with TP chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with TP scheme combined with Kanglaite.The efficiency, posttreatment KPS score, adverse reactions, operation duration, bleeding volume and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Result： The effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than 72.5% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .The posttreatment KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈O.05 ） .m, 1v degrees of bone marrow suppression and llI, Iv degrees of gastrointestinal reaction of the observation group were lower than those of control group （ P〈O.05 ） .But the incidence rate of phlebitis was higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）, blood loss and operation time of observatio6 group were less than those of control group （ P〈O.05 ） .The positive rate of incisal margin and Lymph node positive rate of observation group were less than those of control group （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： The combination of TP scheme with Kanglaite in the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of cervical cancer can improve tumor curative effect, reduce side effect, increase the success rate of surgery and improve the posttreatment life quality, so that it can be popularized in clinical application.
