转型期供应链节点企业协作信任研究——以徐州市为例

摘　　要：鉴于供应链节点企业协作信任在供应链管理中的战略性关键角色,回顾供应链节点企业协作信任相关研究,以274家徐州市供应链节点企业为样本,实证分析转型期徐州市供应链节点企业协作信任特点及存在问题。研究表明,转型期供应链节点企业协作信任具体表现为能力、可靠性和善意三个维度,其中,节点企业对协作企业"善意"信任的感知,不仅在感知水平上是转型期徐州市供应链节点企业协作信任提升的"短板",在感知水平分布上亦最为离散。最后,基于"善意"信任提升,提出徐州市供应链节点企业协作信任提升策略。As the strategic and critical role of collaboration trust between supply chain node enterprises in supply chain management, this article firstly has a review of studies on collaboration trust, then chooses 274 Xuzhou node enterprises in supply chain as samples and investigates their collaboration trust＇s characteristics and existing problems to be improved. The results show that collaboration trust between supply chain node enterprises is manifested in three dimensions——ability, reliability and benevolence——in context of China economic transformation. Furthermore, node enterprises＇ perception of benevolence of collaboration enterprises not only is the shortest in level but also is the most discrete in perceived level distribution. Finally, several suggestions are put forward to enhance the collaboration trust of Xuzhou node enterprises in supply chain based on the benevolence dimension.
