泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌感染活动性胃溃疡成本-疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的回顾分析幽门螺杆菌感染活动性胃溃疡患者应用泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑的疗效和成本。方法选择我院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的幽门螺杆菌感染活动性胃溃疡患者62例作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为泮托拉唑组和奥美拉唑组,泮托拉唑组患者给予泮托拉唑注射液进行治疗,奥美拉唑组则使用奥美拉唑注射液进行医治。结果两种治疗方案对于幽门螺杆菌感染活动性胃溃疡患者治疗的疗效均较为显著,疗效相近,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;泮托拉唑组患者治疗期间花费的费用较低,成本-疗效比明显低于奥美拉唑组,以泮托拉唑组为参照,计算奥美拉唑的增量成本-疗效比为120.35。结论治疗幽门螺杆菌感染活动性胃溃疡患者,选用泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑对于患者治疗的疗效相近,但奥美拉唑相对泮托拉唑的成本-疗效较高,泮托拉唑花费更少,能够显著减轻患者的经济负担。Objective Retrospective analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with active gastric ulcer pantoprazole and omeprazole clinical efficacy and cost.Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,62 patients with active gastric ulcer infected by Helicobacter pylori in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,pantoprazole group were given pantoprazole treatment,omeprazole group with omeprazole for treatment.Results Two treatment programs for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with active gastric ulcer clinical effects were more significant,similar efficacy was no significant difference （P〉0.05）;The treatment cost of pantoprazole group cost low,and the cost effectiveness ratio was significantly lower in the Pantoprazole Group than in the omeprazole Group.and using pantoprazole group,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of omeprazole was 120.35.Conclusion Treatment of H.pylori infection in patients with active gastric ulcer, the choice of pantoprazole and omeprazole for the treatment of patients with similar clinical efficacy, but omeprazole compared with pantoprazole cost- effective,pantoprazole Cost ｜ess,can significantly reduce the financial burden of patients.
