摘　　要：探讨在高职院校中培养学生工匠精神的必要性、有效途径和方法。研究了培养学生工匠精神的途径有校企合作、教学活动和文化熏陶等,提出了结合课堂教学、实践教学、课外活动等多种培养方法并进行了实践。结果发现,通过这样的培养,能够提高学生对工匠精神的认识、提高了学生做事严谨、耐心、认真、精益求精、一丝不苟的职业态度。在高等职业教育中融入工匠精神顺应国际制造业的发展趋势,符合国内经济转型升级的需要,有利于提高学生综合素质和未来职业的发展。This paper aims at discussing the necessicity, effective approaches and ways to cultivate the students＇ craftsman spirit in vocational college. The paper points out the effective approaches to cultivate the students＇ eeaftsman spirit including school-enterprise cooperation, teaching and learn- ing activities as well as culture edification. It is also practiced via classroom teaching, practical teaching, and extracurricular activities. As a result, the cultivation not only raises the students＇ un- derstanding of craftsman spirits but also develop their attitude of being cautious, patient, careful, excelsior and meticulous. Integrating craftsman spirit into higher vocational education conforms to the development of the manufacturing industry and it also meet the social development and enterprise transformation and upgrading, improves the students＇ comprehensive qualities and benefits the students＇ future career development.
