摘  要:以承德市大中专院校的在校大学生作为研究对象,运用传播学的相关理论,采用问卷调查、案例访谈等调查方法对承德石油高等专科学校、河北旅游职业学院、承德技师学院和承德护理职业学院四所大中专院校在读大学生媒介使用情况进行实地调查。通过考察在校大学生对媒介的使用情况、接触频率、接触内容、接触动机等因素,解析大中专院校媒介素养的现状。提出了承德地区大中专在校生媒介素养存在媒介接触时间失衡、媒介批判能力较弱、媒介利用能力有待提高的三个问题,并建议以开设媒介素养教育相关课程、为学生搭建媒介素养实践平台、大众传媒创造良好的媒介环境等策略提高在校大学生的媒介素养。Media literacy is the basic accomplishment that contemporary college students should possess. Cultivating the media literacy of college students not only helps the college students to get the information of the mass media effectively, but also can use the media resources to serve the self and perfect the self by rational media criticism consciousness. This paper takes the college students in Chengde colleges and universities as the research object, uses communication theory, questionnaires, case interviews and other survey methods for field investigation in Chengde Petroleum College, Chengde Tourism Vocational College, Chengde Technicians College and Chengde Nursing Vocational College to conduct field surveys. By examining the use of media, contact frequency, contact content, contact motivation and other factors, the paper analyzes the present situation of media literacy in colleges and universities. The paper puts forward that media literacy exists in Chengde area: media contact time imbalance; media criticism ability is weak; media utilization ability needs to be improved, and proposes to set up media literacy education-related curriculum; set up media literacy practice platform for students, mass media to create a good media environment and other strategies to improve the media literacy of college students.
