军队院校心理学专业学位硕士研究生培养新模式的探索

摘　　要：2014年,我国军队院校开始招收心理学专业硕士学位研究生。随着国家培养专业学位硕士生力度的不断加大,心理学硕士专业学位教育培养模式的改革也成为各培养单位研究和实践的重要课题。作者在对基层部队官兵、心理医师和心理学研究生的调查中,结合军队培养实践性研究生的特点和需要,分析了现阶段军队院校心理学专业学位硕士生培养模式的现状,提出了心理学专业硕士培养上要进一步明确高层次、应用型、复合型的心理学人才的培养定位,并对新模式提出了建议方案。Our military colleges and universities began to recruit psychology postgraduate in professional master＇s degree since 2014. As cultivation intensity of professional master＇s degree increasing in our country, the training mode reform in psychology education of professional master＇s degree has become an important subject of research and practice in various training unit.According to the survey about grass-roots troops, psychiatrists and psychology postgraduates, as well as the characteristics and needs of practical graduate in the military training, the author analyzes the situation of the professional degree master＇s training mode at present in military academies and schools, and put forward the training should be further clarified in high-level, applied and versatile talent of psychology postgraduate in professional master＇s degree, as well as some proposals for the new model.
