经肛门拖出切除及双吻合器技术在直肠癌保肛术中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析经肛门拖出切除联合双吻合器技术用于低位直肠癌保肛手术中的效果评价。方法选取我院2012年1月—2015年8月收治的55例低位直肠癌患者作为研究对象,回顾性调查研究患者保肛手术的经验。结果结果显示,均成功保肛,术后病理检查残端无肿瘤遗留,发生吻合口漏3例(5.45%),切口感染4例(7.27%),无手术死亡。结论在全直肠系膜切除的基础上,经肛门拖出式切除并结合双吻合器技术行超低位直肠癌保肛术安全可靠,可显著提高超低位直肠癌保肛手术成功率。Objective To analyze the transanal resection combined with double stapling technique was used to evaluate the effect of anus operation for low rectal cancer. Methods 55 cases of patients with low rectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to August 2015 as the research object, a retrospective study on the experience of rectal surgery patients. Results The results showed that the anus was successful, the postoperative pathological examination showed no residual carcinoma in stumps, anastomotic leakage in 3 cases （5.45%）, incision infection in 4 cases （7.27%）, no operative death. Conclusion In total mesorectal excision, transanal resection and combined with double stapling technique for ultra low rectal cancer is safe and reliable, and can significantly improve the success rate of anus preserving operation for ultra-low rectal cancer
