摘  要:高校图书馆新空间建设理论的模型应为"物理+虚拟+支撑+应用"的4层次模型,侧重于空间,即Library as Space,新空间服务模式框架应从环境布局、资源整合、保障体系等方面进行构架。西安交通大学图书馆构建新服务模式,打造了新空间iLibrary Space,培养了新"馆员"——iLibrary Club学生社团。借鉴其成功经验,高校图书馆新空间服务模式建设应注意环境改造要避免空间浪费,空间新服务推广要循序渐进;同时还应制定规章制度,保障运营可持续;组建多功能服务团队,加强成员素养培训;建立价值评估体系,推动服务不断完善。The theoretical framework for the constructing new space in university libraries should be envisioned as a fourfold one: physical, virtual, support and application. With a focus on space (the concept of "Library as Space"), the framework for new space service mode should be established from but not limited to the following aspects: physical layout, resource integration, and security system. Xi'an Jiaotong University Library established a new service model and created a new space called "iLibrary Space" from where new librarians are cultivated a student community called "iLibrary Club". University libraries should learn from Xi'an Jiaotong University Library's success story and be mindful of the following points when constructing a new space service model: optimization of physical space, subtle and gradual service promotion, establishment of regulations that enables sustainability, a well-rounded service team with continual training, an effective appraisal system that encourages perfection of services.
