摘　　要：双一流建设推进背景下,我国大学科技园建设掀起新浪潮,面对新挑战。总结得到我国大学科技园建设存在三个问题,管理体制不健全,投融资支持不够,科技成果转化率偏低。为此文章针对问题提出建设大学科技园三个思路,建立健全产研学政的联合互动长效机制,多渠道优化科技园企业投融资方式,政策推进机制保障提升成果转化能力。Under the background of double first-rate construction,the construction of University ＆ T Park in our country has set off a new wave,new challenges was faced.To sum up,there are three problems in the construction of University ＆ T Park in our country, the management system is not perfect,the investment and financing support is not enough,and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements is low.This paper put forward the construction of University ＆ T Park three ideas to solve the problem,establish a sound long-term mechanism of joint research and political interaction,multi channel optimization University ＆ T Park enterprise fmancing,poliey promotion mechanism guarantee to enhance the power of transformation.
