摘　　要：以制得的查尔酮衍生物和2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯肼(自制)为原料,在无水乙醇溶剂中经碳酸钾催化,反应回流4-6h,制得2-吡唑啉衍生物,产率在69%-91%。产物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱等确认了结构。此法后处理简单,操作安全,合成了一系列含三氟甲基的2-吡唑啉化合物,为吡唑啉类衍生物的活性、功能性研究奠定了基础。Chalcones were prepared according to the reported literature. Then, the chalcones were used to react with 2, 6 - dichloro - 4 -trifluoromethylphenylhydrazine （made by ourselves）. The reaction developed via refluxing for 4 ~ 6h in ethanol catalyzed with potas- sium carbonate. At last, we got the 2 - Pyrazoline with the yield rate from 69% to 91%. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR and IR. The method is convenient and simple to purify the products and its operation is safe. This study synthesized a series of 2 - prazolines with trifluoromethyl group, which provides a foundation for the study of the activity and function of the derivatives of the pyrazoline derivatives.
