摘 要:目的:从柳蒿中提取多糖,并考察多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用.方法:采用超声提取并结合Sevag除蛋白等方法提取柳蒿多糖,以苯酚-硫酸法显色,在波长490nm处测定吸光度值,并应用固相扩散法研究柳蒿多糖溶液对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用.结果:柳蒿中多糖含量为8.58%,加样回收率97.06%,柳蒿多糖对大肠杆菌的抑制作用强于金黄色葡萄球菌.结论:柳蒿多糖对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制活性,同时,本方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为柳蒿多糖的提取方法.Objective:The polysaccharides from Artemisia selengensis Turcz. was extracted and the inhibitory activities of polysaccharides against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were investigat- ed.. Method:The polysaecharides was extracted using the ul-trasonic and Sevag method. The con- tent was determined by the photometric and phenol-sulfuric acid method and the detection wave- length was 490nm. The inhibitory effects of polysaceharide against 2 species of bacterial were stud- ied by means of diffusion method. Results : The content of polysaccharides from Artemisia integrifo- ]ia L. was 8.58%, the recovery was 97.06%, the polysaccharides displayed the stronger anti-micro- bial activity on Escherichia coli than Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: The polysaccharides from Artemisia integrifolia L. have inhibitory activities against two bacterial under investigation. Meanwhile, the method developed is simple, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
