摘  要:诊断学是一门实践性很强的临床基础学科,在目前的教学和考试模式下,医学生学习体格检查和心电图得不到充分的指导和练习,教师的考试工作量巨大。因此,本教研室联合计算机教研室共同开发了诊断学自主学习平台,为学生学习诊断学提供了丰富的学习资源,增强了学生自主学习能力,提高了考试的工作效率,加强了诊断学的教学效果。As a basic clinical course, diagnostics learning needs to practice hardly and frequently. The traditional teaching and examination mode of physical examination and electrocardiogram (ECG) for students was short of guidance and practice, and the workloads of manual paper marking was burdensome. Therefore, our office and department of mathematics office have developed a self-regulated learning platform of diagnostics which provides plentiful medicine resources for studying.It enhances students' self-regulated learning ability,improves the work efficiency of teachers, and strengthens the teaching effect of diagnostics.
